TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PROMOTER

2. The Promoter is Lysaght Building Solutions Pty Ltd, ABN 61 103 232 444, trading as “Ranbuild” of Tower B Level 4, 201 Coward Street, Mascot, NSW 2020. Tel: (02) 9319 9000.

3. This promotion is authorised under the following permits:

1. NSW Permit No. TP/04323
2. SA Permit No. T25/779
3. ACT Permit No. TP 25/01095

PROMOTION TYPE

4. This promotion is a game of chance. Winners will be drawn at random.

ELIGIBILITY

5. Entry is only available to residents of Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory who are aged 18 years or older, and complete the Entry Criteria (defined below) during the Promotional Period (also defined below).

6. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, suppliers, providers and agencies who are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

7. The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEDT) on 19/05/2025 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 29/06/2025 (Promotional Period).

HOW TO ENTER

8. To enter, an eligible customer must do the following during the Promotional Period:

1. place a new order for a Ranbuild shed with a Ranbuild dealer;
2. pay the required deposit for that shed order; and
3. complete and submit the promotion entry form, accessible at www.ranbuild.com.au/news/promotion/50k-your-way (together, the “Entry Criteria”).

9. Where the shed ordered in accordance with the Entry Criteria is:

1. less than or equal to 100m2 in size, the customer will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draws (defined below);
2. greater than 100m2 and less than or equal to 200m2 in size, the customer will receive three (3) entries into the Prize Draws;
3. greater than 200m2 in size, the customer will receive five (5) entries into the Prize Draws.

10. Given the above, multiple entries are permitted.

11. Each customer will be eligible for entries based on a single qualifying order placed during the Promotional Period. If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, only the order with the highest deposit amount will be considered for the purposes of determining the number of entries. This is to ensure fair participation and prevent multiple small orders being submitted to gain additional entries.

12. Records of all eligible transactions will be tracked through Ranbuild account history and sales history for the Promotional Period.

PRIZES AND PRIZE DRAWS

13. The $68,000 prize pool for the promotion is broken down into nineteen (19) prizes, as detailed below:

1. Minor Prizes: the eighteen (18) Minor Prizes have a total value of $18,000.00. The Minor Prizes are:
   1. 9x $1,000.00 Fuel Vouchers; AND
   2. 9x $1,000.00 ‘Shed Setup’ (Harvey Norman) Vouchers.
2. Major Prize: there is one (1) Major Prize that has a total value of $50,000.00. The winner of the Major Prize Draw will select one (1) of the following four (4) package options:
   1. Land Package: Nissan Navara Ute; SL Dual Cab 2.3L twin turbo diesel engine Manual 4X4 (RRP: $49,990)
   2. Sea Package: Quintrex 2025 460 Renegade SC (RRP: $44,950) and accessories ($5,050);
   3. Travel Package: Flight Centre Voucher valued at $40,000.00 and a $10,000.00 Visa gift card; or
   4. $50,000 cash, paid via EFT.

14. The Minor Prizes will be drawn via weekly draws during each week of the Promotional Period (Minor Prize Draws). There will be one (1) draw for the Major Prize (Major Prize Draw), after the end of the Promotional Period. The dates, times and prize allocation schedule for each of the Prize Draws is set out in the table at clause 19 (Prize Draw Table).

15. To be entered in a Prize Draw, the Promoter must have received the participant’s deposit and entry form during the period specified in the Prize Draw Table for that Prize Draw. Any winner of a Minor Prize Draw will be excluded from subsequent Minor Prize Draws but will be eligible to win the Major Prize.

16. Any participant who cancels or withdraws their deposit at any time during the Promotional Period will forfeit their eligibility to participate in the draw for the Major Prize. To remain eligible, deposits must be maintained for the full duration of the Promotional Period. No exceptions will be made, and forfeited entries cannot be reinstated.

17. All Prize Draws will be conducted by I.M. Advertising Pty Ltd (ABN 98 108 292 324), located at 4 Hyde Parade, Campbelltown, NSW 2560.

18. Winners of all Prize Draws will be drawn by an online random number generator.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

20. Winners will be notified via phone call and email from Ranbuild within 2 business days of the relevant Prize Draw. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner of any Prize Draw (including any Unclaimed Prize Draw).

21. The name and locality of the winner of each Prize Draw will be published on the Promoter’s Website (www.ranbuild.com.au) within 30 days of the relevant Prize Draw (or Unclaimed Prize Draw, where applicable) and will remain on the Promoter’s Website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

22. All prizes must be claimed by 3 January 2026 (Prize Claim Date).

23. To be eligible to claim the Major Prize, the winner must have done all things reasonably necessary to enable manufacturing of their shed to commence by the date they claim the Major Prize (which must be on or before the Prize Claim Date). This means that on or before the Prize Claim Date, the winner must have done the following in relation to the shed which is the subject of their winning entry: (a) paid all amounts required by their Ranbuild dealer in order for manufacturing of their shed to commence; and (b) secured all required approvals and permits for their shed. If the winner fails to meet these requirements by the Prize Claim Date, then they will be ineligible to claim the Major Prize, unless they can demonstrate to the Promoter’s satisfaction that they have done all things reasonably necessary in the circumstances to enable manufacturing of their shed to commence.

24. If:

1. any prize is unclaimed by the winner by the Prize Claim Date; order
2. the winner of any prize is deemed ineligible in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
3. the Promoter is unable to contact the winner of any prize, the Promoter will conduct a redraw for the relevant prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). The redraw will take place at 2:30pm, 14 days after the Prize Claim Date at the same location as the original Prize Draw (subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority). All entries that were valid for the purposes of the original Prize Draw will be entered into the Unclaimed Prize Draw. The winner of any Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in accordance with clause 20 and their name and locality may be published on the Promoter’s website in accordance with clause 21. The winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw must claim their prize within 3 months of the date of the Unclaimed Prize Draw and if they fail to do so, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

25. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemed for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The prizes cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Land and Sea Packages do NOT include any legal fees, registration costs, taxes or on-road costs that may be payable by the winner.

26. All prize values are in Australian dollars, and inclusive of GST.

27. It is a condition of participating in this promotion and accepting a prize that a winner may be required to sign eligibility form(s), code(s) of conduct and/or legal release(s) (including prize acceptance release(s)) in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

28. The Promoter reserves the right to request a winner produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the identity, residential address and age of the winner before issuing the prize.

29. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the value of all prizes is based on their recommended retail prices at the time of first publication of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.

30. Where the winner of the Major Prize selects the $50,000 cash option, then on or before the Prize Claim Date, the winner must provide the Promoter with the details for an Australian bank account (including Account Name, BSB and Account Number) for the cash prize to be paid into via EFT. The nominated Australian bank account must be in the winner’s name. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any delays, errors, or losses resulting from incorrect account details being provided by the winner.

31. Where the prize involves driving, travel or participation in an event, any companions under 18 years of age must be always accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

32. Gift cards and fuel vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the provider of the relevant gift card or fuel voucher. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any gift card or fuel voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

33. The Promoter will bear the costs associated with shipping the prizes to the address nominated by the winner.

34. The winner/s (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Each winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations and/or health checks prior to taking the prize.

GENERAL

35. Entrants may only enter the promotion in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify, at any time, the validity of any and all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions; or (c) engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

36. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter, or its nominated agents, requires in their sole and absolute discretion.

37. As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media worldwide for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any additional documents reasonably required by the Promoter to give effect to this condition.

38. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, directions of regulators or industry self-regulatory bodies or any event which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or if necessary to provide alternative prize(s) to the same value as the original prize(s), subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

39. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) late, lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prize(s); (iv) acceptance and/or use of any prize; and/or (v) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant . Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in regards to any warranty claim in respect of any prize (where applicable).

40. If a prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

41. All of the Promoter’s decisions in respect of the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIVACY

42. The Promoter collects Personal Information about an entrant to include the entrant in the promotion, award the prizes (where appropriate) and use the information to assist in improving the goods and services of the Promoter. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.

43. Entrants also agree that the Promoter may, in the event the entrant is a winner, publish or cause to be published the entrant winner’s last name, initial of their first name and postcode, as required under the relevant State or Territory lottery legislation.

44. The Promoter will provide to the entrant, at time of entry into the promotion or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter, a collection statement that details the Personal Information being collected, the purpose of its collection, where the Personal Information will be stored and how it will be shared with third parties. The collection statement will comply with the Promoter’s disclosure obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

45. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at privacyquestions@bluescope.com. All Personal Information will be stored by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of Personal Information collected may be obtained at https://www.bluescope.com/privacy-policy.

46. By entering the promotion and opting-in in the manner required, entrants acknowledge that a further primary purpose for collection of the entrant’s Personal Information by the Promoter is to contact the entrant in the future with information about the Promoter, including special offers, market research or to provide the entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share an entrant’s Personal Information with its Australian and overseas related companies, servants, employees, agents and trusted third parties who may contact the entrant for their legitimate commercial purposes, including special offers, market research or to provide the entrant with marketing materials in this way. By entering the promotion and opting-in, entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter and any applicable third parties may use their Personal Information in the manner set out in this condition.

OTHER

47. In these Conditions of Entry: “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
